What does it cost to run the machine?
There is no upfront or operational cost from Atelier de Parfum.
The only expense on your side is a minimal electricity cost, comparable to running a small screen or light fixture. There are no setup fees, rental charges, servicing costs, or maintenance expenses.
Atelier de Parfum supplies the machine, premium fragrances, installation, insurance, stocking, and ongoing maintenance. In return, you receive a monthly revenue share from every sale.
In practice, the electricity cost is negligible—and typically covered many times over by the revenue the machine generates.
How secure is the machine?
Atelier de Parfum machines are built for high-traffic nightlife environments and feature an integrated security alarm system.
Any attempt to tamper with, damage, or force entry into the machine will trigger an internal alarm, instantly alerting our team. If required, we can notify the venue immediately and dispatch a Atelier de Parfum representative to attend on-site.
For added control, the alarm system can also be remotely deactivated in the event of an accident, maintenance, or authorised access—ensuring security without disruption.
Combined with robust construction and full insurance coverage, this provides venues with complete peace of mind, without adding staff responsibility or security workload.
How much fragrance is sprayed from the machine?
Each Atelier de Parfum spray dispenses 0.13ml of fragrance.
This dosage was selected after extensive testing across multiple spray volumes. At 0.13ml, guests receive excellent scent coverage—enough to be noticeable, long-lasting, and satisfying—without being excessive.
It also ensures the model remains commercially fair, allowing the machine to operate sustainably and generate healthy revenue for both Atelier de Parfum and the venue.
The result is a balanced experience: premium for the guest, profitable for the venue, and efficient in use of high-quality fragrances.
Can the cost of fragrance be changed?
Yes. The price per spray can be adjusted at any time.
Pricing and spray volume are managed remotely through our control system, allowing us to make data-driven adjustments based on usage, demand, and performance. This ensures the experience remains fair for guests while maximising revenue potential.
By default, the fragrance is priced at £1 per spray, which has proven to be the ideal balance between premium positioning and consistent sales.
All pricing management is handled by Atelier de Parfum, with no involvement required from the venue.
What happens if the machine breaks?
You don’t need to worry—we handle it.
Atelier de Parfum is fully responsible for the machine and all of its components. We manage all maintenance, servicing, repairs, and refilling, ensuring the machine remains operational and presentable at all times.
If an issue occurs, our team will address it promptly, with no cost, effort, or disruption to the venue. From your perspective, the machine is plug-and-play, with no staff involvement, no technical headaches, and no operational responsibility.
For venues, it’s completely hands-off and worry-free.
Can the fragrance be changed?
Yes. The fragrance selection can be updated at any time.
We continuously monitor performance and guest preferences to ensure the fragrances offered are the best fit for your venue. Based on this data, the selection can be refreshed or adjusted to maximise sales and keep the experience feeling premium and relevant.

Who provides the fragrances?
All fragrances are supplied and managed by Atelier de Parfum.
We provide a curated selection of high-end, well-known fragrance brands, chosen based on performance data and guest preferences within your venue’s demographic. Refilling and restocking are handled entirely by our team, ensuring consistent availability and presentation.
For venues, this means no inventory management, no staff involvement, and no ongoing responsibility.
Where should we put the machine?
Based on our experience, the machine performs best when placed in the venue’s restrooms.
This location gives guests the privacy and convenience to use the machine comfortably and naturally, making it ideal for quick refreshes throughout the night. Restrooms also offer consistent foot traffic without disrupting the flow or atmosphere of the venue.
That said, placement is always discussed with you to ensure the machine complements your space and layout.
Do we need to insure the machine?
No. You don’t need to arrange any additional insurance.
Atelier de Parfum holds all necessary insurance for the machine and its operation. This covers the product itself, so there is no added responsibility or cost for the venue.
